Graduation (Open-House) Package
It is always exciting to see your child growing up! You should be proud to celebrate their accomplishment(s) with their friends and family. You can reward their hard work with our Open House package to create a memorable moment they will cherish forever.
Our Open-House package includes:
- Setup for 80 guests
- Chiavari chairs, banquet, rectangular, and half-round tables (included)
- Setup with your school related colors. Drapes are available at extra charge
- Ten (10) Graduation Table - Custom Centerpieces at extra charge
- Balloon Backdrop (included)
- City Event Flash Drive DJ
- Full kitchen to warm and serve food
- Free parking
- You are allowed to bring your own food. Recommendation for catering is available upon request
- On-site staff member to answer questions
Weekday (Mon-Thu) package for 5 hours starts at $1,000. Weekend (Fri-Sun) package for 5 hours starts at $1,200. Please call (734) 858-4004 for other custom packages. All packages must be booked and confirmed 3 weeks before the event.
Notes:
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your date. The remaining balance must be paid 30-days before the event.
- In addition, $250 refundable security deposit is required before the event date. This amount will be refunded within 48 hours if there is no overage and/or damages.
- There is $100 fee for each additional hour needed.
- You will decide when your event starts. However, weekday events must end by 10 PM and weekend events must end by 12 midnight.
