Bring your ideas, family ornaments and other decorations to beautify an elegant venue for your special occasion. Rent our venue for desired hours and let the celebration begins.
Our venue rental fee is based on the number of hours in the hall and seats we need to setup.
Rental Fee For 6-Hour Block:

| 81 - 100 | $1,000 | $1,100 |
Notes:
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your date. The remaining balance must be paid 30-days before the event.
- In addition, $250 refundable security deposit is required before the event date. This amount will be refunded within 48 hours if there is no overage and/or damages.
- There is $100 fee for each additional hour needed.
- You will decide when your event starts. However, weekday events must end by 10 PM and weekend events must end by 12 midnight.
- Venue rental includes the hall, banquet/rectangular tables, chairs, dance floor, full kitchen (to warm and serve food ONLY), free car parking, and use of outdoor lawn.
- Chairs and tables are strictly for indoor use ONLY.
